ATTN TENNESSEE HAMB'rs

    I have been here since september and still havent recieved a friggin phone book from the phone company...Bellsouth sux...I need one to look for phone numbers of salvage yards, but what would be better is some info on good ones you guys know of....

    knoxville area would be great, but a lil drive isnt gonna kill me, im about tempted to drive back to Dover Arkansas for stuff......(a good excuse to go see the folks [​IMG] )

    they have thousands (Not all of them) listed by state.
    Also, Yahoo.com and MSN have yellowpages features that allow you to find businesses. They aren't perfect, but pretty good. Sometimes you need to play around with the name of the business to find it. If you use the "map" function on MSN yellowpages, I've had it give me the wrong map before.

    I am starting to hate yahoo, and all the other search engines, all I get when I do a search for something anymore are advertisers, not pages that contain things I am looking for....

    however, there is ONE that I found on yahoo that seems to be a god-send, I can find a lot of things on there, but not '58-60 pontiac bellhousings....

    they have a search thing that searches a national database for the specific part you are looking for...

    hope some of ya can find a use for that one....
