Technical Auction action axle (ID please)

    I bought this dope axle out of an online auction, from a local guy, that is now suffering from dementia & the family is selling off his goods. I picked this axle out of his workshop along with a bunch of other "s****" as the people running the auction called it. I know it's not a factory drop piece, but, I'm trying to figure out who made it. TIA

    Looks like a dropped 1946-48 ford axle

    what is the perch pin center dim

    @kb cookout is correct, it will fit a ‘46-‘48 wishbone. Specifically it started out as a ‘48 axle, the shock absorber holes got distorted when it was dropped so they were welded up.
    No shock mount holes in ‘46-‘47 axles.
