Alex, the event will take place early next year with the date still to be finalised, and yes it will remain authentic(as much as possible)to the pasadena run.
A group of 5 have bravely put their hands up for vehicle selection,no names to avoid bribes, letter bombs etc:).
no submissions yet though until route, start and finish points and a host of other things have been worked through.

    thanks,thommo.

Any updates as the Howlers (Full Moon meeting nights) are listening with interest, and maybe getting our old jalopies down to the big smoke.

  7. Stay tuned, news very soon!

    Good to hear ,

We need more events that are closer alligned to a traditional type of car base.
Good luck it will be a huge investment of time and organisation but well worth it and I reckon a day that will be enjoyed by all.

Good on you all for having a go.

Thanks for interest and comments, things are slowly coming together, theres a group of us who are commited to putting on an event that will showcase local talent and hopefully encourage traditional building/hotrodding in the same vain as the chopped weekend, albeight on a smaller scale.

There are some big announcements to be made in the coming months, but until all the final details are locked in we can't say to much.

    As Humanfly said,stay tuned.

    cheers,Thommo.
