    bringing the kiddos along too...

hopefully the brakes hold out, if not I may be too heavy from the hadj to the Kreuz to matter...

Lockhart is BBQ heaven! After Kreuz Market and Blacks, try Smitty's and the Chisholm Trail ... they're all good! The only places in Texas with comparable fare are Louie Mueller's in Taylor and City Market in Luling, IMHO. Still no sauce at Kreuz's but they've begun to take plastic in addition to cash.

After planning to put this on my calendar -- and cruise up from SA to join you -- I remembered that the spousal unit has other plans for me next Saturday. So, I'll be there next time.

P.S. for Franco: I see you're going -- take this as my bustin' you again about them stripes!

Personally, I like to watch my wacky cable-operated wipers moving back and forth at random times.... but if you are still worried about the rain, this looks promising...

    FORECAST:

Rain showers will continue tonight into the first part of Saturday. Our rain chances should completely taper off by noon Saturday.

    See ya tomorrow.
