I have an NOS Norelco Auto Mignon in the box, installing in the trunk of my '58 Buick. I basically want to create a setup where I have an on/off toggle switch independent from my radio system, which is a modern Kenwood receiver. I'd like to convert the mono output to an RCA cable that I can input in the back of the receiver. What is the best way to do this? I've attached a photo of the wires coming out of the plug setup and the original install instructions, which were meant for wiring into car radios from back in the day. Not even sure I need to hook up all the wires. I do know that it is originally wired as a 6 volt setup and that needs to be changed, which I believe is done by re-soldering a few wires to convert to 12v and to make the polarity positive. Any help would be appreciated to get this thing going since I've never really done anything like this before...
