It says Performance Plus sells them I would just give them a call but I see you're in Australia so that may cost a couple bucks so hopefully they email you back
They are a reproduction of tires originally used on VW's. You might try some vintage VW forums like the Samba. There is a company in Japan that sells them that specializes in VW's, Garage Vintage. https://www.garage-vintage.com/ maybe cheaper shipping from there?
Yuppers Performance plus shows 560 x 16 that is the standard Bug bias tire and the 640 that is the standard bias Bus tire. Good looking tire Autobahn《R》640R15 Blackwall – GARAGE VINTAGE (garage-vintage.com) At today's exchange 27000 yen is 198.73 (Aug 18, 2022) it is 287.09 AU. Checking AU vintage VW vendors shows that they don't seem to sell tires. I did find a 640 15 Dunlop 15640 | Antique Tyres
