So I have a renegade 45 gallon parts washer. Basically heats up to 195 and has a rotating sprayer. I am having trouble finding decent solvents for it. Safety kleen wants about $160 for one batch of solvent. I can buy parts washer concentrate, but it foams out like crazy. Degreaser also foams out.

Any home brew solutions? It needs defoamer and preferably anti-rust.

ZEP Products. Not cheap, but have a complete line of degreasers, anti-foam, strippers etc.. You will need PH testers and specific working temps. Any of the commercial cleaners foam like crazy if not heated to working temp..
