Had a great time on Saturday, sure there were some cars in the basement that I had to shake my head at, of course the masses loved them....Thanks to Rudy for setting up another great basement show. It can't be easy, pretty soon there wont be any tuners left down there!
Thanks to Singlefinger for the HAMB meet and greet space, and the food and beer!
Thanks to Denise for another fine party, just wish we could have stayed later.

    Looking forward to next year!

So, who Named the Monster at the display? My 13 year old is dying to know if he won!! (He called him Booger because you can flick someone off or you can flick a booger!)

It's Monday morning and I'm back at work. I'd rather be in bed ;)

Thanks to everyone for stopping by to say hello, I had a great weekend! It was great catching up with so many old friends and making some new ones too. Thanks also to the Singlefinger speed shop for remembering everything I forgot! :D

It makes you sick that someone is making their car look as good as possible for Autorama? That guy cleaning his whitewalls is Jason and he spent the last month doing a lot to his car to bring it to this show. He shaved his firewall and painted it, changes his intake from a four barrel to a tri power set up with some rebuilt Holley 94’s, and bent and louvered some new inner fenders. He got his car to the basement on Wednesday and did some final detail work to it on Thursday like the whitewalls that made you sick. You should just be appreciating the hard work people like him go through to have their cars look good at shows.

YOU misunderstood what he said. Read his comment again....the "trend" of FILTHY whitewalls makes him sick. Jason and the rest of the Roads Devils spent alot of time detailing their cars so they would "shine" in the best light possible and they should all be proud. Can't remember what it was for but Aaron from the group took home a trophy (although I'm not sure if he's a road devil, even though his car was in their display)

wo dude calm down, You TOTALLY misread what jeff meant. Jeff meant that people lately are leaving there cars/whitewalls dirty and it was a nice change to see someone cleaning there tires. And yes Jason put a lot of time into that car, more then i ever did thats for sure

  12. Make sure you pay attention to what you read before you make a comment!! You got that ????? I was COMPLIMENTING your homeboy for cleaning his whitewalls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! READ IT AGAIN!!!!!!!

Hi Mike! It was nice meeting you this weekend and getting to know you some. Thanks for all of the pics from the Autorama. I think this year I saw the least amount of cars of any Autorama I've ever been to :(

I look forward to seeing more event pics from you, you have a great eye!

Well you said that showing up with your whitewalls dirty made you sick so I took that as being pissed that people would detail their cars at the show. That was how I understood it when I first read it. Sorry for the misunderstanding, no disrespect then.

The guy's name is Bruce Comboni, he won Best Custom. I think he's from New York. You'll have to search the member data base. He was moving so fast after he go his trophy, I blurred the shot.

It was great meeting you. I had fun at Denise's. Heard a lot of great stories and met a lot of cool people. The only way to fix the low car count at Autorama would be to help your fiends get their cars done and out their. I'm sure we'll have more next year. I hope to see you at more events. I just dropped the shots off for Hot Rod Deluxe and when I find out which one's they're not using, I'll post more. Thanks for the kind words and have a great day.
