AV8 progress pic's, questions & a parts request

I started putting my peices in place today, blasted the frame & started to see what it's going to take to make it all work together.
It will have a 1950 8ba, 39 trans, 39 rear end, closed driveline, 40 brakes, all 1950 & prior
I'm going to box the frame with the boxed portioned inset in the frame 1/2" or so with lightning holes throughout, looks like a F-1 crossmember will support the trans/pedals,then a couple K style rails coming off the back side for strenth, would you box the frame first then hang crossmembers or hang the crossmembers then box around them?
Also in desperate need of a bellhousing adapter for my 8ba to a 39 trans, the 59ab in the pics is just for mock up, thought I had one but it ended up being for a BIG truck flatty & wont fit the 8ba. Thanks!

what kinda tires do you have on the front...and size?

thanks, the tires are old Allstate exress 600 16, I think I am going to 5.50's on the front & 6.50 on the back if I can find a decent looking tire
