OK, I tried the above suggestion and got the following error messages:

Warning: getimagesize: Read error! in /web/sites/ryanc/jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/changebasic.php on line 213

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /web/sites/ryanc/jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/changebasic.php:213) in /web/sites/ryanc/jalopyjournal.com/ubbthreads/ubbt.inc.php on line 235

    Let's try this: I re-sized to 80x75, let's see what that does:

That didn't work at all either. But I think I got it by pasting the URL into the "paste picture URL" box. Go figure. The "upload your picture" box did nothing for me.

guys, just go to imageshack on the web and you can host any picture..... then use the provided URL from your image shack picture and paste it on the "signature" area of "my Home" personal editing options on the Hamb.....

so there is no need to resize......

I think it's to big. Get it down to 80x80. Irfranview should do it. Free download. You probably have to down load the image to your computer and put it in a folder like my documents and then open Irfranview and get the image to it to work on it. I'm no expert but looks like a good place to start.
