Hey Hack,How do you get the picture from point a to the sinature box,over?

 

Right click on the picture.
Scroll down and open -properties-.
Highlight and save/copy URL address.
Go to your profile and paste URL address.
Bil

 

Just upload your picture here, then link to it. It's the most reliable way I've found.
