Not quite the quality I wanted but the best I could do.

 

I take a full size picture. crop it to the image I want. Then I open a new picture that is 80X80 pixels with a 200 dpi resolution. go back to your large cropped image. copy and paste it into your 80x80. resize it to fit in the small box. your picture will look nicer. you can also use a filter and sharpen your picture - this is a one time thing and you should only do it after everything is the right size. a second sharpen will only make things look bad. good luck - kyle
