Getting old is the good part of life...

Dying young is highly over rated..

I'm 76 (Seventy six) & almost won the last one!!! But another "OLD GUY" beat me out!!!----I still won't buy green bananas!
Good thing Ryan lets so many guys & DENISE, have so much fun yakking on threads like this, there is a multitude of great info brought up by all gearheads of all ages, & thats neat!!
Next to the obituary column, this has got to be my favorite!!----HA!
However, DENISE is 100% correct----"Ain't youth wonderful?"
I married my hi school sweetheart in 1951, both of us teenagers, we just celebrated our 57th anniversary last year, all 3 kids are in their 50's now, & oldest grandkid (6of them) is 34, so time does go by fast---even when you ARE having fun!!!!
Next time you think you are hurting too much, think of the others laying in hospital beds that would gladly exchange places in a New York minute!!!
Oh by the way, I like the comments "You are only as old as you feel"---------Don

Two notes to you younger guys:
#1- You know when middle age has arrived when the mother is just as hot to you as the daughter.
#2- NEVER, EVER mix up your tubes of Polygrip with your Preparation H.

Totally cool that you have had a car almost 50 years. You should post pics of how it has looked every 5 years if you have them.

I'm 62, have two garages plus packed with projects. I have the time, some of the bucks, and half the energy to get things done. Just hope to live long enough to finish and drive most of them.

Okay, I found my meds. I'm finding the back nine in life just as enjoyable as the front nine was and I'm hopin' St Pete has a cold one waiting for me at the 19th hole.
