Awe shi.... what is that....

it was wet..he choked it..and flooded the engine with fuel..thats what it sounds like to me..
pull the plugs and try a new set..make sure theres no condensation in the distributor cap..make sure the wires are dry and making good contact with the cap and the NEW plugs..start er up
