Thats one bad thing about the 250's and bigger, not too highway friendly in the gearing dept. I know both of mine Uni F250's are 4:56's a little better than 4:88's but not by much.

took the old fella out for a drive yesterday and all was good until I pulled into a parking lot and the air cleaner fell off. If that wasn't bad enough, the air cleaner hit the fan which put a slight bend in the end of it and slit the through on my radiator.:(. had to have it towed back to the shop as I did want to risk ruining the engine. I am taking it to a guy that fixes and build old radiator to see if it can be recored reasonably, if not I have a few used ones in line. Other than that, the truck drove pretty well except going from 1st to 2nd after making a turn. I have to shift gears partially through the turn or come to a crawl after the turn to shift into 2nd or even 3rd. I need to fix this issue. anyone have an idea?
