Technical B-L-C-4 1/2 Fog Lamps

I'm digging through stuff I stashed away back in the late 80s and found this set of BLC fog lamps.
Just curious if anyone else has ever seen these or knows anything about them. They're marked B-L-C-4 1/2 Model 2020a and the lenses do say Fog.

 

Very cool. They would be a good match to the (insert name) headlights with similar features.
