Technical B&M Hydro-Stick Hydrostick

I can't speak specifically to the 50 Cadillac hydro, but they were using Cadillac hydros in tanks during WWII. And yes, they can absolutely be built to take 500-600hp. That was happening back in the late 50s and early 60s when these transmissions were king.
