History B17 "Aluminum Overcast" Flight

It was the "liberty Belle". I saw it a couple of years ago and didn't go on a flight I should have when I had a chance.

I thought they all leaked like old cars and Harleys!

I still can't believe that I've flown in one...

 

It gives me goose bumps just thinking about it.

Nice, we had the Wings over Houston show this past weekend. Had the bombers flying over the house all weekend. Was neat working in the garage on old cars and hearing the drone of the engines. My dad had to guard one that had crashed in WWII until they could come back and destroy it.
