hey guys, finaly got some free time to sit down and post something other then a few random pix. weather ****ed, there were so many cars that they all blended together and was hard to catch anything cool, and the place is so ginormous its almost impossible to not get lost. lol but none of those are reasons i went. i can see ****y billet cars anywere, i can bump into slow ppl all day walking in the mall and i can check out some random details of the few cool cars in photos. i went to back to the 50's to hang out the the people i realy enjoy being around. and that being said i had a preety good time. it was great to hang around and b.s. with bobbleed most of the weekend into the late hours of the night trying to talk ***us out of a caddy, and that being said it was realy great to meet ***us and jennie two way cool people that im realy looking forward to meeting up with again. it was also great to meet some new ppl at the hamb meet-didnt stick around that long cus it was hot but there was quite a few when i was around. got some new ideas floating around in my head spawned from random conversations and even more apreciation for good people. alright before i start sounding to corney heres a few shots that i dont think i posted on the other thread and alink to the utubevideo of the hamb meet-- ive tried over and over to get them to post inthe screen but it never works so ill just post the link. tim realy dug this olds, had to have walked around it a good dozen times the sidewalk cruising don ho model a the caddilackid's way loud coupe cruising behind ***us and bob in kevins pontiac twos better then one right? and hopfully the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_Wbq7SLyKk
Just FYI. The vendor that has the kick-*** sedan with the flatty... had nothing to do with that car. Pretty lame eh? It used to belong to Mike Struzinski(?), the current owner just bought it for promo. I know cuz I worked for that place a few years back and I knew Mike a little. Sweet car though.
We had some "issues" with Ricky Coyote's '55 Chevy saterday, so we missed the HAMB meet. Best part of the weekend? "She only wants you for your money. Not your looks. Just your money."
lol got another video of the other side of it totaly by chance. i took a short video of the cars coming down the street and it ends with your car cruising by lol. we walked a couple cars behind you for a while figuring if you stoped we'd bum a ride but traffic picked up. ill post the other vid later. good meetin ya though
nice thing bout 4 doors ..woulda been kinda cool if i saw ya Tim, I woulda made a few more go-rounds in the 57, but it it also spit a pad off the right rear brake shoe sometime sat, kept cruisin to a minimal with all that grindin goin on. heck, i put least 400 highway miles on the week b4 the 50's. damn cheap shoes. lance
shoot. broke the camera again in the second video of cruising, didn't need to be reminded of that *** monkey in the sedan driving in front of me, kept stoppin to chirp the tires and rev it with out going no-place, had to have sat behind him 5 mins while he talked to some other people b/4 someone else told em to move, i had bout it with cruisin after that, I aint got nothin to prove with running some kid over or over rev'n my beater. otherwise was cool just to cruise. spose if you drive once a year you got to get your fill of being a *** clown in one weekend. sorry if anyone knows that guy, but he was being a *** clown.
