Just moved back to the bay area from Taos N.M. where I mostly played Texas swing and Rock-a-billy music for the past 25 years or so. I drove my '49 shoebox back here, left a '63 caddy fleetwood there (for sale) and am now in Petaluma working on a '32 5 window I just got. Also have a '48 Triumph T100 bobber, 2 Iron head sportsters both bobbed, one still in the works. Thanks for having me, johnny.
Welcome Johnny! What was the name of your band and where did you play? I am originally from Santa Fe, and frequent Taos often!
My band was/is "johnny and the blades". we played all over the west. Bert's, Martini grill, Launchpad. in Alb, in San Fran the Paradise, Slims, Bimboes, Bottom of the hill, Zieghtgiest, just to name a few. Really all over. Hope to start playing again soon, when the '32s finished!
