Crystal is just as bad as Brooklyn Park (born and raised) and Brooklyn Center in my opinion. I live in Brooklyn Center and I don't have a garage. My car sits under a carport. Not secure at all but I'm not worried about it. If a thief wants something bad enough they're going to get it. My dogs let me know if anybody's in our yard. There are some very nice hotels right along 694 between Brooklyn Center and Maple Grove. I understand that there was a car stolen from one of the less nice ones in Brooklyn Center last year. Could've happened anywhere though. Every neighborhood has its flaws. My neighbors are all good people that keep nice houses so I can't complain. They probably complain about me because I have my cars all sitting ouside!:D Try the Northland Inn in Brooklyn Park. Very nice place to stay. Sorry for my rant. It just bothers me when people are snobby and think they know the "FACT"s
