Im back on the 32. I got a little side tracked with my 34, and then my 60s dune buggy. This is going to be my daily driver, so its got radials, and a modern steering box, but I am
trying to keep it as true to the mid sixties as I can. The goal is to drive it by april, then its back to the 34. 61D7E970-C7E7-42C3-97D6-B949D5DF9131.jpeg DEFCF901-94CA-46BC-86A6-34A85FFE0775.jpeg 012FDF2C-3C73-4EBD-A9A8-653535C02746.jpeg

They aren’t firewood, and they aren’t in the backyard, but they are starting to stack up!

Brought a chuckle to me, a few years back here there was a thread running on “who’s sig line do you like best” or similar. I went with Jim’s. :)

Yea, I really like my 5 window, but with flat top pistons ,4.11 gears and drum brakes it is not much of a driver. This will be its mate, but with dished pistons, 3.55 gears and some airhart discs it should be a little more user friendly.

    My friend kenny helped
Me out with re-doing the seat in red leather. I guess this car is going to be red. Also got the outside door handles and v-gate shifter working. Im really thinking this is going to be a fun daily driver. A1DD6F12-8102-45B0-B6D3-2BF21769A799.jpeg

Hey Jim if you could when you get a chance measure your seat as I believe I have one exactly like it and didn't know what it was for except early Ford. If you can measure across the front cushion and the top of the rear cushion I'd be appreciative of that thank you

The seat is 41 inches wide at its widest point. 25 tall and the bottem
Cushion is 20 deep to the back of the seat.

IMG_0671.jpeg I am, I am waiting on parts for the motor, so its back on this until they show up. I am actually trying to finish up 4 cars all at once. My 32,34, v8 healey and the gasser. With parts taking so long to get, I just bounce around from 1 to the next. IMG_1855.jpeg IMG_0261.jpeg

I am still on it. Trying not to get sidetracked. I just keep going around it, cleaning up the welds, bumping out the dents. It is starting to really take shape. IMG_1348.jpeg IMG_1362.jpeg IMG_1365.jpeg

IMG_1430.jpeg IMG_2631.jpeg Took the 32 for its”pre-paint shake down run.” It gets it pretty hard, Im happy with the car. Now its time
To tear it down and do the body and paint. One last before and after, raw metal pic. IMG_1430.jpeg
