Came across this today

 

Getting close to being ready to go to the first race at Montgomery Motorsports park in a couple weeks. Made some engine changes and had it back on the dyno a few weeks ago. Here is a taste. As like previous dyno tests, don't bother asking what it made. If you wanna know just line up in the other lane.

Ohh... forgot to post this here. It's my response to the boys down south...

 

It didn't sound like a good weekend, what happened?

 

Man I hate it for you Rusty driving through snow and sleet only to ****ter the Jerico first p*** it was good seeing you either way.

 

It was the second p*** but it is a moot point. I will have pics of the carnage this weekend. Working on repairs now. Should be fine for Shadyside.

I was gonna come to Lapeer to shake down my Henry J, but had to re new my p***port. Picking it up on the Friday morning before we head out of town for Shadyside.

 

He has a spare Hightower but it is 2 inches shorter, different input spline and the shifter is in a different location from what I am running

This was the soft spot in the banana. I am installing a borrowed replacement gearbox until I can get parts to fix this one.

That is the main drive gear on the back of the input shaft. Jericos have straight cut gears throughout. Theoretically I still could have had 4th gear since the slider would have grabbed the dog on the input shaft which is separate from the gear. However with the gear gone, the dog would move forward enough to not let the slider grab. That's why I had no movement in any gear.

Keep pushing buddy! ****** must have been working! How busy does Lapeer get on Saturdays?! I might plan on being there this coming weekend.

 

You can get as many runs as you want. Traction is hit and miss there. I have been there and it hooks like a national event track and also been there when it hooks like a dirt road. Depending on what you want to test it is pretty good ususlly.

Not that I know of. I buy mine in Clio at Webster and Garner on M57 by the drum.

That's my goal! See ya this weekend! We are actually gonna leave Thursday about 5 and drive to lexington. Get into union bout 3 Friday.

Was watching some old P*** Time videos from Milan and saw the Bad Banana . Pretty cool. Had a power glide in it then. Great piece of driving when it got crooked.
Good job at Knoxville. Almost got the win.
