Get that pinstriping tape they use to lay down and paint inside it and then peel if off... That'w what the pinstriper guys do at dealerships now! Mucho easier!!

Nah, must have been another chopped white Ford pickup with blue metal flake roof and aluminum bed.

I will if I have time. Busy day today....got some catching up to do. Removing the paint from the drivers side bed, that I didn't like. THEN,repainting it.

 

Carbs and Chrome, great minds think alike. I didn't see your rendering. I was thinking also, the blue lines tie in the blue roof. So how about using the same technique on the roof. Here is what I drew up last nite. A possible variation would be to make the roof white stripe go straight back, matching the two long lines on the body.

 

That would be cool. I'll be painting today,so maybe i can work the roof in,haha. STAY TUNED!!!!

Have you thought about using the wrap/skins that go around drums for the dash? Not the top part, but the colored part that goes around the outside of the drums..you can get some REALLY cool colors and patters. might look killer with the flake outside.

Not this year...I bought a tailgate from Chadillac. Just waiting for delivery.

 

Took Philly the Greeks suggestion and added the scallops.
Ran the blue strip around the back of the cab.
Put the detail around the p*** side taillight.

That's all for now,til I get the tailgate...Still have to do the gold lace on the p*** door,inside,on the front below the hood and the two panels below the taillights.
