if i remember correctly. a landlord can not raise the rent more than 10% each year. now if he hasn't raised it in 4 yrs. then yeah he can hit you with a 40% increase. bummer though. so when the big garge sale?
yeah, at least here it's 10% in a year. if he hasn't raised it in 4 years, it's still 10% THIS year. look into it
