I would like to thank all of you for the kind words and prayers. My kids have arrived and arrangements made, I sincerly appreciate your support, I know now with certainty, life is not fair. Jon
Yes, remember the good times. That was good advice. So sorry to hear this...you will be in my prayers. My wife has been a diabetic for more than 50 years and we know a lot about the suffering of living with horrible disease. God bless you for what you have been through and in what you are going through now. Bruce
You and your wife did something not many do these days. You stayed together for over thiry years. To me that puts you both in a class of your own. Way I see it you have nothing but GOOD things to think back on. As our late friend would have said " I'll say a word for you"
i can't imagine your loss Jon, but i do understand the cancer battle having lived it with my dear wife... both our prayers are with you
I too wanna to tell you how sorry I am to hear that news. I can't imagine what it would be like to not have my wife of 35 years with me. I sure hope I go first. I wish you the best Jon.

Paraphrasing but " no one stands as tall as when they stoop to help a child". God bless your wife for that, and I am sure she will be. Comfort to you and your kids as well. Fights over, no more pain for her, your pain should be lessened in knowing that. Sounds like you lost a great gal. GV
