Don't know about the Baddest car, but the "Baddest" ( as in worst) car movie, has to be 2 lane blacktop.

It's not a movie car but in honor of Davy Jones passing. The Monkeemobile.

Anybody remember a movie when Elvis drives a Duesenburg with a trailer hitch and he is pulling a trailer with competition model A/C Cobra . That one is Damn Hard to beat cant believe its has not been brought up .

  8. This gets my vote. I forgot about this episode, thanks for reminding me. I looked it up on youtube and watched it. I replayed the part of the car launching down the street about 10X. I got goose bumps every time.
(...the 57 from the tales fromt he crypt episode " king of the Road")

It would be mine too if they hadn't destroyed at least 3 or the 4 they had built for the movie, still makes me grimace when I think of it.

Maybe I missed it, but no one mentioned the hamb friendly (though not from a movie) Tim "The Toolman" Taylor's Ford?

BTW, my vote goes to the Nova from Deathproof... I mean, it is deathproof.

To flip it around, the biggest pile to ever appear in a movie? Grease Lightening 46 Ford from the movie Grease. What a steaming pile that was. They should have left it in the LA River.

  27. I have no doubt already posted on this 7 year old thread but let me ad that the baddest movie car of all time hasn't happened yet because I haven't had a car in a movie yet.

I was always partial to Mitchum's shoebox tanker. Kind of a tricked out hillbilly Aston Martin. Plus, Mitch was the coolest sumbich to walk the Earth in that movie, or any car movie for that matter. He'd have bitch-slapped Milner without batting an eye, had they ever met. :D

Another OT one but here's Medusa from Bellflower (unfortunately it is not a movie about '60s style customs).

Audi S8 in Rodin with Robert Deniro I know it's not traditional but if you haven't seen the chase seen you are missing one of the best ever made!
