man you got style! I like your approach at this car. very subtle stuff you are doing but it makes all the difference. the proportions are looking great.
thanks, i appreciate that.. im trying to do stuff a little different than what you are use to seeing with most 49-54 chevys...and thats not easy to do because EVERYTHING has been done!
damn, not this year homie.. sucks! I'll be there in my traditional 06 Chevy tho! Ill see you there..taking the truck this year?
Hahah, you know I dont roll like that...but if it was a trailer queen what better to pull it with then the 51 3100! No I have a buddy from Maine and one from AZ coming to visit for weekend..they will bomb in the 51 with all the coolers chairs etc!
worked on the skirts tonight.. my license plate guard came in today.. going to relocate my license plate to the bumper this weekend along with MoRE body work!
First off this thing is tits man good job! One suggestion do all your skirt body work in place that way when you put them back on the fit tits. It doesn't matter how straight the skirt is if it doesn't fit flush. My opinion. I mudded over my entire skirts and re cut the gap to have them sit flush
Thanks for the tip! makes sense... im actually doing a quickie on these for a show in January... afterwards, when i have the time, im going to extend them down a bit and re work them... but i am going to still try your suggestion for these.. thanks!
The skirts in that picture are on my 52 Styleline with Ford bottoms Chevy blew it on the skirts in my opinion. they just don't line up right. Keep plugging man that thing looks killer.
i agree... major "fail" when it comes to the chevy skirts.. yours look really good.. you have any pics of how you did yours?
