Hi I put taller springs in the front of my 57 chevy and ball joint spacers.
I cut the bump stops off , but the spacer still hits the the frame . Has any one else had this problem? Has anyone notched the frame? Any pictures? Thanks Carlg

I have heard people say they had to trim the bows off the sides of the frame.

CRUSH...damn man, just how BIG are those ball joint's?...POP.

  4. The "C" spacers or the "block aluminum" spacers? Mine only touch the frame when the car has the wheels hanging on a hoist. My car has the block style..... If the "C" style were installed incorrectly they might touch while sitting on the ground.
