Ballast resistor

    I have a coil and distributor that calls for a .7 ohm resistor. Can someone tell me if I can use a 1.2 or 1.8 in its place. They are avaible locally. Thanks

    You could use two 1.8ohms in parrellal and get .9 that would be ok.
