Has anyone converted a stock 34 ford to a banjo wheel? I want to keep the stock column and use a 36 banjo wheel. Will it fit? Would the 34 horn rod work ? modifications? Thanks Ken

Many moons ago I had a later banjo on a '34. They were keyed shafts up into the 40's. Should fit right on but I'm not sure about the horn rod.

A 34 horn ****on will be too small around for that wheel and I would be the rod is too short. But like @timwhit said the wheel will simply bolt on

Wheel should fit fine and match to the column tube as well. Horn ****on will be problematic because I don't believe it will look/fit right with the banjo wheel. You will want to get the horn ****on from a '36 to match the wheel. Not sure about the rod length.

    Hope this helps.

Maybe adapt a '34 horn rod to the '36 ****on.
