I have the HRW axle conversion on my 41 p/u with Lincoln repo brakes. Very slick . In my opinion, no need to jump to late brakes, because the lockheed brakes would have bolted on just as well as the lincolns. If you fell the need to machine something yourself, machine the bells for HRW bearing adapters .

We sell all the parts individually. You can pick and choose what you want.

I used the '50 Mercury bearing ends and axles in my '27 roadster.
made noise from almost day one.
after 7,000 miles it's time to open it back up and do it right.
As soon as I have the funds together I'll be placing an order.

Jseery, I'm planning on using the 7.5 side gears for my banjo conversion, did your 7.5 gears mesh smoothly with the stock 11 tooth spider gears? HRW shows the F1 and 9" side gears being a bit notchy but don't show the 7.5 side gears in their video. Also , do you have the dimensions of the 7.5 gears that you can share?

    oh i het it
the xk120 uses a drum that mounts from the front
the later mk2 front hubs mount the rotor to the rear
oh, there are 4 different front hubs
e type 1 adn 2 is different from series 3 which must use a vented rotor rather than a solid rotor
the xk is drum, so thats 3 versions
    hmm
    harder than it appears

    11 rotor 1'' thick is series 3 e type v12
i wonder if they go on an early ford spindle with the f1 brake swap bearings
    do do do
