Looks like a late '20's Oldsmobile shell, with a winter attachment...moveable vertical slats to control the amount of air flow to the radiator.
Looks to me like its an Es*** '27-'31. They used the same style grill those years but some are taller than others. Those are functioning shutters on there.
the slats look to be original to the grille,not aftermarket.i tried to look at es*** grilles ,but none look like it.here`s an idea i had for it.
Looks like Es*** to me too.I spent some time trying to identify my Es*** grille shell and this looks very similar to some i saw pictured for Es*** cars. I've since identified mine as a 1927 Es*** truck thanks to a fellow hamber.
