Yes we will have George Talking about all the cars that I film.. Allot of the proofs
don't have names so i'm going to have to do some reserch.. But Tony Thacker from
the NHRA Museum is helping with the book so I'll be working with him as well..
And of course we have Rikster...i'll have to pick his brain... But ya I guess the other
day Brett (Georges son) was going through some of the picture with him and he got
really excited and was talking allot about the cars... so thats good...

we also have color transpernts and 8 X10 so it will be more that just these black and
white shots...

OK, so I got all the MFS DVD's, but this one? I don't know...

It's like a filmed book, like someone turning the pages without me having anything to say about it. Don't tell me, I already know about the pause ****on on the remote, I just feel this is the wrong medium. As an old-fashioned printed book, it would have been awesome.

I'll wait for MFS #6 instead

So are these all shot from the proofs? Does he still have all the negs? Those should get scanned for posterity, too.

 

I didn't know who Ken Burns was so I googled him and Damm he makes some fine films..

Ya there mostly proofs, 8X10 and color transparent... We found some 16mm Film as
well seems to be TECH stuff possibly building the dragula.. we don't know yet..

ya it will defiantly will be digitalized at some point..

 

This is just a teaser. George will be commenting on the photos regarding the car of course, location, owner, etc. We will also include any publications that the car was in. FYI.. these pics are of the original cars back in the day when it all started. Many have never been seen before and there is alot of it. This is history in the makin.. And the Dynatones are recording all new music for the soundtrack. You will be missing some great cars, photography and music. Hopefully you will know someone who will buy it and you can watch it.

 

Hey Chrisman this was just a test to see how my rig works.. it's not what the final
DVD will look like when compleated... Have and open mind and don't judge a DVD
by it's trailer
