Around here reruns are a many treasured thing...again great job dialing back the ole hotrod @Mikel50...Real Looker...and goer too...I've been watching your vids...stay tuned...;)

That pedal in the floor thing is cool but it does have a con over hanging pedals...sealing it properly...I'm thinking a rubber bellow type boot would work the best...I wonder if they make one...maybe a shifter boot for something might be an option...I too have the Flintstone thing happening...just a different opening

You have that cabin pretty tight though...you can tell when you close the door...

I had a template made for a pedal/ floor filler but I just wanted to get driving it. I’ll button it up at some point. Haha. That and the headliner. [emoji16].

I hear you, and driving it you certainly are...you are in with a cool crowd to boot...

Are you doing Thread on Ole Bluey(the 34)?

I am surprised you are altering the stance of it but I surmise that you are taking it back to perhaps a pre 62 Hotrod iteration of the Coupe or was 62 the year the wheel base was altered?

    I haven’t started one.
However today is a mighty fine day to do so ...It was stretched in 62. Enough to fit the big Pontiac. Brad stretches it further to fit the Olds and the radiator in behind the cross member and in front of the firewall. The stance on the car now with the dropped 32 big beam is perfect. It sits essentials the same as it did. However now I can run the stock hood and grill shell. The wheel base was way too long. 120”. The ride w the axle closer to the motor will be much better.

I’ll catch you guys up to speed ... she’s gonna be a looker [emoji1362][emoji4]

  5. Nice work! Soo cool. Wish you were here in Arkansas! We have better winters but today it was a very temperate 86 degrees... Crazy humidity too.

  6. Hey Mike. , I just found this thread . Super Job ! The last time I saw that car it was At Brads in its former incarnation. I just got my Roadster up and running last night and am hoping to make it to Dragin in the 50’s at the Drags a week from Sunday. I hope to see that Beauty in person soon , maybe there . Nice Work . , Bruce
