BBC engine decoding

    I could use some help.
    I have a BBC and I'm needing help in decoding the engine. I was told it's a late 90's GEN VI but I don't know for sure. On the boss on the front below the p***enger head is TO1O3XDL. On the back of the engine on the engine above the bell housing is 10237297. Please let me know what you can and where you find the information.

    Great motor, I had exactly the same one. Roller cam, good Vortec heads, and they had fixed the earlier problems with the previous Gen's.

    Hey thanks for your help. I had run into a wall trying to find out the info on this motor, so thanks so much. keep the pedal to the medal!!
