I joined in late 2002 and lurked for about three years because I didn't go for the flamin' since I do this for fun and don't have a high tolerance for BS. Quote from my intro: "Flame me if you want, but I still am happy to be the caretaker of the following old Fords (and one Chebby) until I can't afford or am unable to work on them any more." I have known Tman for quite awhile and I used to tell him the same thing when he told me to join in and post. Then I started to notice that things settled down a bit when Ryan started to clamp down on the worst ones and the off topic stuff. That's when I joined in and now spend most of my computer time here. I leave the flamin to others and just dig the vast amount of information that goes on this board. You can never stop learning, whether you have 10 or a 1000 posts.
