I was havin some meaningful dialog with DDDenny last week regarding the bountiful bottled blessings from Kentucky and he asked if I was going to beaches cruise in and if so if I would take a couple of shots. Well I had the two shots I think he was referring to and went looking for something new to share this week to take pics of and found a couple that fit "the principals on which we stand..."

Yes, they were taken with my iphone so deal. In no particular order, these are pics of my picks this week.
    32 roadster out here,

Caddy in here. Torque tube headers, and the hood latches were relocated and repurposed it seems.

Caddy in here too. 3 pedals, cool lap belts, vintage gauges that may not work as evidenced by accessory gauge panel below the dash and a floor you don't have to vacuum.

Teardrops, painted steel rims and an alternator that stays cool when the car is moving. Sweet 32 roadster

This one was parked just a few cars down looking "too legit to quit" (for those over 65 or under 40, that was a pop music reference from a time best left forgotten).

It's ok if you like lever shocks, bangers with overhead conversions, mechanical brakes, wolf whistles, bias plys, wires,

Cool roll bar IMO, and those exhaust tips were the shiniest bits on the car.

interior is utilitarian and perfect, this one is ready for TROG

There you have it, this weeks installment on the beaches cruise in at PIR. DDDenny, hope you liked my picks this weeks. Cheers

You know, there was a time when those old heaps would have been considered part of the "riff raff", now they are mainstream.
If you could possibly filter out the "mullett" cars next time.....say'n.
    Thanks and cheers.
PS and BTW, what is the schedule for the remaining Beaches events this year?

If im not mistaken the cruise ins run through September. I hadn't noticed the backdrop, nice call on the "mullet motors" collection. The sign out front says pre-74 but all vettes and Harleys. aloto fo riff raff getting in but it's all for charity so what the hell. Mullet money spends as good as the rest.
