I was talking to my boss at work about an idea I had and some of the angles I want to make he said that we may not be ablr to do on the bead roller. Is there some sort of hand tool that we can use to mke triangle like shapes? Thanks

Sorry. On my T(closed cab) I am building, I am going to have to make some of my own panels(back ones) since nobody repops them. To make them a little stronger I wanted to take the bead roller to them. I was thinking of putting a large iron cross in the panel. Due to some of the angles in the iron cross, my boss said that the bead roller may not work and we would have to do it by hand. What I was wanting to know is, what tool would I use to do this by hand?

After reading what I wrote I realized it did not make much sense. Thanks.

It can be done with a regular beed roller. This is a Bowtie that I did in a car I did the tin work in and it was tricky but it can be done.had to work the corners by hand.

I'd be tempted to do the whole thing with a rivit gun,a rubber mallet, and a hammer form.
    Hammerforming.
Do some test pieces first to figure out all the details.
