Hot Rods Bean Bandit Roadster

Looking for some more pictures and any information on the roadster below. That is the only picture I have seen and have not been able to track anymore down

It was a simple search on the HAMB for a better story on the yellow roadster.

It made all of us think Bean Bandits from the San Diego area... but the roadster is called the Bean Bandit. No letter "s"
The San Diego Bean Bandits also had some yellow painted race cars, too.
