What a beautiful Saturday here in Reno. Friend Ron, a real car guy, came over and we took my ARDUN powered ‘53 out for a nice ride. What great medicine for a guy that just came out of heart surgery.

Hope you are all are starting your cars and getting them ready! IMG_1495.jpeg ready for some fun.

Yours is my favorite 52-54...thanks for posting.
I normally selectively drive mine all winter, just recently got most the bugs worked out from an engine replacement, so this year, I'm like you guys that can't drive all year.

Had to use my 54 all last weekend. Both of my everyday cars ****ped out and the only thing I had was my 54 and 56 Bird.

Went on a poker run last weekend here locally, took the studebaker I just bought for a shakedown run. Car ran great but my wife and I have terrible poker hand luck. Thursday went on a run with some friends to a restaurant in a local town about 25 miles away. Perfect day, good food, great friends. Took the 55 for this one and it ran great as usual. Beautiful car! I've been working on mine trying to get it ready for the first show in my area. The heat control valve developed a leak and made a huge mess.

Was out with friends this Sunday. Overcast, but no rain predicted. Mine is the red one.
