becoming a distributor for roth flake???

my girlfriend is wondering how to become a distributor for the roth flake? she vends at a lot of the shows we go to (clothes, tiki, knic knacs and car parts.) thought it would be a good addition to the items she sells. cant find any info on this, so i figured this would be the best place to find out. thanks.
