Found a wheel cover in a stack of hubcaps today and found it fit a wire wheel center . Is this the proper use of this cover or just a fluke fit . Wish I had the other 3 . get-attachment (1).jpg get-attachment (1).jpg

Cool, have seen similar stuff but never this particular one, and the fact that it doesn't completely cover the spokes is odd. My guess is it wasn't intended for this particular wheel.

Kinda reminds me of the hubcaps on the "skipit" streamlined. JohnnyA

What size wire wheel do you have it on? I remembered seeing these on eBay quite awhile back and I believe they fit on 16" '35 wires. They sold for pretty good money too...somethin like $800-900. Your single could be worth a few bucks to guy who's got three. JohnnyA
