    How are your projects coming??
They are made for the 32-35 caps, but the discs will still need to be bolted to the wheel so they don't go anywhere.

I think I'm gonna save the discs for a future, full fendered 32. I'm back and forth if I like them on the fordor. I've been tempted to paint those wires black, but my plan is to paint the sheet metal black this summer… so a splash of color might be good;)

How's your pickup coming?? Are you going to start a thread?

I really haven't done much on the ol' fordor in the last few months…just haven't been feelin it. So its been patiently waiting for some attention. I've been trying to focus some of my attention on my 47/41 to get it going. In the thrash to put the 47 back together, I got distracted and built my transmission cover for the 32 and worked out a few bugs that needed addressed. Pretty stoked how its coming out.

Haven't posted to much lately. Just been enjoying the ol' fordor. Changed up the look and feel a little bit with some new shoes, headlights and blinkers. I kinda dig it!

I'm not even sure how to fix the links. I think they got lost with the new format? or there was a glitch with photo bucket??

dunno...while I have you here, are the new wheels 16x5 on the back with 700x16's? and what is the width of your 9" rear axle?

Yeah, they are the mercury/lincoln KH 16x5 with 7.50x16. The axle housing is out of a 62 ford half ton, but I had to use axles out of 67-72 for the 40 drums and lincoln backing plates to work. Axle to axle is roughly 61" i think.

Thanks. I haven't got a roadster body yet. I'm torn on a roadster or cabriolet. My plan is to focus on the ch***is first and then make a decision:)

    Hi Al,
Yeah I put it on ebay:( I've been itching to build an open car 32, but I only have room for one.

This *****in car has been advertised for sale here a while ago, so after the HAMB, that auction site would be the next best place to advertise it for sale.

I think Chris was disappointed that I was selling it, not because I was using ebay. Thanks everyone for all the compliments on the build. It was a fun build. The Fordor did find a new home in Des Moines, Iowa. Great guy and he loves the car so I'm excited that it went to a good home. He is planning on driving it down for the Lonestar roundup in April and driving the wheels off of it!

Ya' did good man. I've enjoyed watching a more door come together......and more so....am now a permanent fan of such. Hell....you even got my pops in agreement. 67 years old.....and had never owned anything cool with more then two doors. Pretty funny. Four thumbs up in Texas.

Eventually a 32 cabriolet, but I have to save some pennies. I want to get the frame built first and then find a nice body.
