Projects Before and after opinions

not that you're wanting to check this thread anymore, i'll post anyway. red "A" looks like a complete car. solid. timeless. if it was mine, I would yank the hood sides and put a black insert in the roof, and the roof would have not been chopped. but you probably bought it that way. the black car looks like it could have been put together with parts from here and there. hot rods, to me that look the best are the ones that were started and finished with a game plan, and then stick to it. if some parts come up that are a good deal, but aren't right for the project, p*** on them. or maybe use them temporary. it has to many store bought parts on it. and I think fenderless A's that look best, look that way sitting on a 32' frame. tires are way to big too. i'm starting to feel bad, so i'll stop soon. the blower would look more manacing left as cast, same with the scoop. but the scoop is really a fuel injector piece. here's some good news, your hot rod can grow with you, and as you find better more fitting parts, swap'em out. but don't sell your fenders and running boards, even to recoupe some dough. i' going to look and find some pics that I have of some fenderless "A"s. that was my plan to, but I stared at my car for a long time and I couldn't do it. super long post right?

I don't think person attacks are appreciated here and this is your 3rd one on me personally in this thread. When asking for opinions you are going to get them.

I like that opinions are asked for, then when they overwhelmingly aren't what he wanted to hear, we're ***holes The "before" version is the clear winner in my eye too, and before this gets shut down, I'll just say there isn't just one of '31 Vicky at every event. If i'm there, there are two of us…
