I have a few before, during, and after pics of my 49 Dodge pickup. That frame was hopelessly twisted.

Mock up, no drive train, on the "new" frame.

In progress, 1st day it moved under its own power. 100_0673.JPG
11 months after I pulled the mock up onto the driveway and started working on it. The day before it was plated. 100_1017.JPG

I have a few before, during, and after on my 48 Plymouth business coupe as well. 48 coupe 001.jpg
As is, where is, $200, around 2010 48 coupe 0002.jpg
Open the door and this is what you saw. 48 coupe 0005.jpg
The other side was worse, someone cut the bottom 6" off the bottom of the body sheet metal. 48 coupe 0014.jpg
There was about 10" to 12" of inner rocker, outer rocker, floor supports, body mounts, and floor pan missing on both sides. Wasn't any trunk floor either. You could put your hand through the rust holes in the frame and not touch any metal. 48 coupe 0034.jpg 48 coupe 313.jpg
On the "new" frame with some assembly required. It was like putting the body shell on the chassis, like we did with model cars. P1010121.JPG
This was what the car looked like after around 80,000 miles and and 8 years of driving! Getting ready to fix the things I skipped because I expected the car to only be around a year or two. 100_1001.JPG
Proof we drove it. Rocky Mountain National park, Memorial Day weekend, 2016 Two days after they opened the pass that year. This was a 2400 mile vacation. P1010001.JPG
Had to replace the sheet metal around the rear window, a 37 (or was it a 39?) Ford donated its split rear window and surrounding sheet metal. It fit better then Plymouth's rear window! P1010193.JPG
    Color change in process. 2018.
    100_0906.JPG
Spring of 2023, car is still here, guess I'm suppose to keep driving it.

The 56 was my dad’s daily driver snow rain or sunshine. With the help of friends we tackled working on it every weekend. It’s not a daily driver anymore but I still run the hell out of it. 20130518_152659_Original.jpeg 20130518_165612_Original.jpeg 20130518_191753_Original.jpeg IMG_6839.jpeg Resized952019092195113347955271.jpeg

Lots of them, but not sure what you want to see?
It's a 468 BBC engine with Edelbrock heads, Weiand tunnel ram, twin 600cfm Holleys, Super T10 4 speed, 8.8" Ford with 3.73 gears. 8 point roll cage, and lots of frame work.
