Bent Valve when cranking by hand?

I am ***embling a Ford FE, and was turning the crank with a breaker bar while adjusting my roller rockers, when it got so tight that it would no longer turn. I am certain it's because a valve came into contact with the piston. How likely is it that I may have bent the valve? I did try to turn it pretty hard with the breaker bar.
