Check out the November 2008 Rod and Custom cover. All aluminum full polished 471 blown Ardun. It is nice.

I think that even R & C employees would like to forget Hoss.

How about the original Pete&Jake cover, or the re-launch version with Limefire and Jakes tub?

K.C. Winkler in shorts beats Dan Blocker any day and Saturday twice!

It's been so long that I had forgotten there were cars on the cover with K.C. Winkler. Did either one of those '34's ever appear in any other magazines or become known in rodding circles?

September 1966 has Hoss on the minibike. I only prize it for the feature on Jeffries' Monkee Mobile inside!! Ok, and the original Sadd, Teague and Bentley roadster!

  27. My personal favorite, May '67, with Sam Hollingsworth's '57 Nomad. If'n I ever end up with a '57 Nomad, it will be painted like his. :)

I can't believe you didn't pick this one Arkie.....I nabbed this picture from your Photobucket account! ;)

  28. I just got the new issue yesterday also. I'm pretty smitten with the stuff R&C has been putting out lately.

I had cancelled my subscription back in 2001 because the billet and Boyd stuff was just too much for me.
