Best SBC 3x2 System?

    Wondering who sets up the best 3x2 bolt on system for a sbc? Automotion,So-Mo.Vintage Speed,Dick's Hot Rod Carbs? Any other places that i don't know of? Thanks

    Rochesters and progressive i guess. Would be cool to have Strombergs though.

    words of wisdom!!! Whatever you buy, whoever you buy from, they better have the correct bases of they will never work correctly. Lots of guys advertising really pretty stuff that dont ever work. Your best bet is paying for the rite stuff up front, modified bases never work. period

    Look up dickster27 here on the hamb he sells carbs and parts and is very knowledgeable on anything to do with carbs .One all around great guy , will take time out to help you. He also has a web site dicks hot rod carbs , he is out of indy.

    hands down larry fulton of automotion can hand build the best setup for your ride. no out of the box stuff here.[​IMG]

    The linkage setup is endrelle, used for progression on dual quads, out of the box. I will say it works great. I used it several time on 3x2 progressive setup..The fuel inlets to the carbs look just like Vintage Speed along with the Edmunds cleaners..Great looking setup..

  10. Do you mean Enderle? I'd be interested in knowing more. I'm not happy with my 3x2 linkage.

    Automotion or Hot Rod Carbs. I've used both and have been very happy.

    (our linkage and fuel lines / fittings are our own design & manufacture...
    we've never used anything from v.s... and yes, those are (dennis) o'briens trucker's 'edmunds ovals' ).

  15. Air cleaners are not Vintage Speed's.
