Best source in CA for a Chevy S10 5 spd trans...?

Can any Hambers point me in the right direction for one of these 5 speeds?

I need a trans from an 82-92 S10.

Do you have a region in California that you prefer? At 163,707 square miles, this is a fairly large state.

For used ones, a quick search here can be helpful: http://www.car-part.com/

You can search on postal (ZIP codes), which are indexed to region. They start at about 90000 at the Southern end, and end up at about 96999 in the North. The distribution is not exactly linear, though, so double check the map.
